Body Found Near Waterfront In Bridgeport

An investigation is underway after a body was found off the coast of Connecticut.

The discovery was made in Fairfield County around 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20 at Seaside Park in Bridgeport.

"This is an active investigation and currently no further information is available," Bridgeport Emergency Management said in a statement issued just after 6:30 p.m. Monday.
